二、 實驗室研究方向

本實驗室的主要研究方向在於建立蛋白質體相關的分析平台與開發生醫領域相關的分析載具。在蛋白質體相關的分析平台方面,我們希望能開發創新的質譜分析技術及建立蛋白表現分析、轉譯後蛋白分析及蛋白—蛋白作用分析等技術平台,並進一步地應用在蛋白質體研究與生醫樣品的蛋白質檢測。同時,我們也希望將這些分析或純化的技術整合於奈米或微米載具上,開發出高效能分析檢驗產品,以利生醫研究的發展。
